Airframe Details:
Delivered from Laos to Chino,
California in 1988
Completely disassembled and rebuilt 19891992
All major and minor components of the airframe were disassembled,
inspected and overhauled or replaced. All attach castings and
hardware were magnafluxed.

New or Freshly Overhauled
Airframe Components:
- all flight, trim, engine, and propeller control cables
- canopy glass, quarter panels
- hydraulic reservoir tank
- engine oil tank
- numerous valves, micro switches
- all hydraulic lines and actuators
- all pushrod bearings throughout the
airframe
- inner wings are 1973 overhauled with all the latest mods for
strength
- all external light assemblies (2 light wing tip strobes added)
- inboard fuel cells are new
- all fuel quantity transmitters are freshly overhauled
- electric sump pump is recently overhauled
- every instrument in both cockpits were overhauled, refaced with
internal green, yellow, and red arcs
- smoke system is plumbed for 10 gallon oil tank mounted over fwd
baggage door (approved on FAA form 337 for normal category aircraft)
- nose wheel steering system is full functional

Avionics:
Original radios are all installed,
(UHF, FM, ADFTACAN), to retain the look of the original cockpits. The ADF works perfectly, the UHF in
intermittent.

Modern Radios:
- One King Gold Crown 901 Comm. with flip flop zuess rail head in
front and single head in rear cockpit
- One King transponder with altitude encoding with zeuss rail head
- Two King Gold Crown 601A NAVs with glide slope with double zeuss
rail head
- Both cockpits have AIC-10 interphone
panels and original UHF/VHF control switching panels
- Instrument panels have original (overhauled) instruments with RMI
needles slaved to the selected NAV receiver and ADG needle. The ID
249 is slaved to the selected NAV receiver
- Original instruments have been rearranged in the standard T,
retaining the original look, but providing a better instrument panel
for flying.
- All look lighting and eyebrow lighting in both cockpits are new.
